Apply for CME

Step-by-Step Instructions for both SGIM Members & Non-Members:

1. Click here to apply for CME
2. Click on “Members Login”
       Enter your Email address and password when prompted
       Forgot yours? Click a button and it will be emailed to you!
3. Click on “CME History” - on the left hand menu bar. You will see a list of the meetings for which you have received CME credits. Click on the printer icon to print a copy of your certificate.
4. Not seeing a current meeting? Click the "Apply for CME Credits" button.
   Click on the meeting you attended
   Identify the sessions you attended during the meeting.
   Remember: poster sessions, among others, do not accrue CME hours, so you will not “see” them on the list of sessions for which you may request CME credit hours.
5. Click on the printer icon and to print your CME certificate
